Our Brewing Process
We use only premium quality coffee and ensure the flavours and strength are always consistent.
We brew slowly and carefully over 20 hours using only cold filtered water. We then filter this 4 times to produce a low acidity and naturally sweet concentrated coffee.
Ottimo Cold Brew is a concentrate and ideal served cold over ice with milk or water.

Storing in our 1.5 Litre Cask
A cask is the best way to ensure your Cold Brew is always super fresh.
It is a practical and easy way of storing our cold brew and a creative way to take your coffee with you to the park, holiday house, beach, your workplace or simply drink at your leisure at home
Cold Brew has a 3 months shelf life and fits neatly in your fridge. The serving tap makes it so easy to serve.
When you receive your delivery please store in refrigerator.
