By accessing and using the Site, including placing orders of products, services and / or equipment through the Site, You agree that You will be subject to and will comply with these Terms. Please take few minutes to read the Terms. If You don't agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove any of these Terms at any time.
We provide the Site and its contents in good faith.
You agree to use this Site only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms, any applicable law or regulation and/or generally accepted practices or guidelines.
You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts this Site or the servers and networks that host this Site. You agree not to, or attempt to, circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of this Site or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on the use of this Site or the content.
You understand and agree that any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
We may in our sole discretion restrict your access to this Site. If this occurs, you may be prevented from accessing all or parts of the Site, your account details or other content contained in your account.

Ottimo Coffee (i) makes no warranties or representations about this Site or any of the content; (ii) accepts no responsibility for any loss suffered by You or anyone else in connection with the use of this Site or content and; (iii) does not guarantee that this Site will not cause damage or is free from viruses or any other defects or errors.
We exclude, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability which may arise as a result of the use of this Site or the content contained within it. Where liability cannot be excluded, any liability incurred by Ottimo Coffee in relation to the use of this Site or the content, is limited as provided under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Your use of, or reliance on, any information or materials on this Site is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. Occasionally there may be content on this Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or oversights relating to a product description, product image, price, promotion, special offer or availability. In this circumstance, We have the right to amend any typographical errors, inaccuracies or oversights and to correct or update content or cancel orders at any time without prior notice. Please note that this also applies to orders that have been submitted.
Our liability to You for loss or damage of any kind arising out of these Terms or in connection with the relationship established by these Terms is reduced to the extent (if any) that You cause or contribute to the loss or damage. This reduction applies whether our liability is in contract, tort (including negligence), under any statute or otherwise.
SITE
We may, at any time, add or remove content from this Site without notice.
By placing an order with us You are offering to purchase a product, representing that all information you provide to us is in connection with your order is true and accurate and you are an authorised user of the payment method provided. The receipt by You of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We retain the right to accept, modify, decline or cancel any order made by You.
In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being, or has been, processed. Any such errors are unintentional, and We apologise if the error in any way affects your individual order. If the payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, We will refund you the amount charged.
Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may vary from goods depicted or described.
International orders are unable to be accepted.
Cookies may be used on this Site to gather data in relation to this Site and You consent to this (although you may be able to disable cookies on your web browser).
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Products may not be available for immediate delivery.
Plant-based milk cannot be delivered by courier or postal services. Delivery is available for Melbourne metro areas.
Equipment is generally not held in stock and will be required to be ordered. You agree that your order for any item of equipment will not be immediately available. You will be contacted on receipt of your order to notify you of the indicative delivery date.
Delivery of goods may be delivered by Ottimo Coffee and/or a courier company. Please refer to https://www.ottimocoffee.com.au/shipping for details regarding delivery. Ottimo Coffee does not insure each purchase during the time it is in transit.
All equipment is delivered and installed at date and time to be scheduled.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Ottimo Coffee manages refunds in compliance with the ACL. To apply for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. All refunds are made at the discretion of Ottimo Coffee.
We do not provide refunds where there is a change of mind. All deposits received are non-refundable. If cancellation of the machine order is required, the deposit will be forfeited. For warranty terms and conditions, please refer to the individual product warranty document.
Where there is no stock available, we will provide a full refund.
PRICING
The prices specified on this Site and offers are subject to change without notice.
Prices displayed on this Site are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
Prices may not include delivery and handling charges
Pricing for equipment will be listed as:
‘equipment only’
‘equipment, delivery and installation’.
All equipment requires delivery and installation. These prices have been separated for information purposes. If you are unsure of, or need to discuss a price, please contact us.
If the delivery and installation costs are not listed, please contact us.
Images of goods published in this Site without any advertised price beside that image are not offered for sale.
Unless otherwise stated, any accessories shown in any image of products are not included in the price.
We reserve the right to correct any errors published on the Site.
All payments must be made in full prior to delivery.
