To get started, simply add your products to the shopping cart.

For regular, wholesale and workplace customers, please Login with your details prior to adding products to the shopping cart.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $100.00*
Online purchases under $100.00 are delivered for $15.00

*Free shipping is not available for equipment.  Please refer to individual products for delivery and installation costs or email [email protected] for a quote.
*Delivery to some regional areas may occur a delivery fee


Orders for coffee, tea, and all consumables are dispatched from our warehouse on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, excluding Public Holidays.  Please ensure your orders are placed prior to these delivery days.

Melbourne Metro orders are delivered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. 
All other areas in Australia should expect to receive orders within 3 - 10 days.
Orders delivered outside metro Melbourne will be delivered by our regular courier provider or Australia Post. All orders are tracked. Please contact [email protected] if you do not receive tracking confirmation and require this information. 

Please be aware there have been delays with all couriers and Australia Post Australia-wide due to the high volume of deliveries over COVID-19.

Please check the delivery upon receiving and provide a name as confirmation of delivery.

All equipment is delivered and installed at a scheduled date and time.

Ottimo Coffee does not insure each purchase during the time it is in transit. 


We ask that you take the time to review your order.  If you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

We do not provide refunds or replacements where there is a change of mind. All deposits received are non-refundable. If cancellation of the machine order is required, the deposit will be forfeited. For warranty terms and conditions, please refer to the individual product Warranty document.
