Here are some easy recipes to prepare
Ice Matcha Strawberry:
- Prepare a cup of ice, almost to the top (but not too full).
- Top up with milk to the ice level.
- Mix 1 tbsp of strawberry frappe powder with hot water to dilute. (not a lot of water)
- Pour the strawberry mixture into the cup of milk and ice, then stir well.
- Mix 8 grams of matcha powder with a small amount of hot water (just enough to dissolve), then stir well. If it's too thick, add some fresh milk and mix together.
- Pour the matcha mixture over the strawberry milk.
- Sprinkle with matcha powder for garnish.
Strawberry Matcha Frappe:
- Prepare a cup of ice, almost to the top (but not too full – leave around 2 fingers of space).
- Top up with milk to the ice level.
- Add 1 tbsp of strawberry frappe powder straight into the blender.
- Blend everything until smooth.
- Pour into the cup (you’ll notice it won’t reach the top of the cup).
- Add a bit of ice (half a scoop) into the blender.
- Mix 8 grams of matcha powder in a small bowl with hot water and stir until dissolved (add more matcha if you prefer a stronger taste).
- Add a small amount of milk to the blender, just enough to top up the cup and help blend the matcha, then blend again.
- Pour the matcha mixture over the strawberry frappe.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with matcha powder.
